Inspection

On our full management service 

If we manage the property we will complete regular, quarterly inspections of the property and report any tenant concerns back to the landlord.   

On a let only service 

We advise our landlords to carry out three monthly periodic inspection to ensure that you, the tenant, are happy in your residency. 

The landlord should give you notice prior to any inspection. It is advised that you are present during any inspections carried out so that you may raise any foregoing concerns or issues to the landlord.

During the inspection, it is useful to have a copy of the inventory with you so that you can refer back to the standard of the property at the tenancy commencement to current day.
