Contract Renewal – Fully Managed Service Only

We do not charge either you our Landlord or the tenants for contract renewals.

When the fixed term of the tenancy is coming to an end, it can offer reassurance to both tenants and landlords to sign a new fixed term contract.

We can draw up a contract renewal for you the landlord and the tenants.

All of our contracts default to a rolling monthly periodic tenancy once the initial term is up. If this suits you the landlord and your tenant, you don’t need to do anything. The contract we provide allows for the tenancy to become a statutory periodic tenancy at the end of the fixed term if no new contract is signed. 

We will always contact both you and your tenant. However we will need to reissue the prescribed information for the deposit protection scheme DPS
