Henry Spencer and Sons proudly opened the doors of their brand new premises last week with a VIP appearance from one of TV’s most loved stars.  

Joe Duttine (Tim Metcalfe in Coronation Street), who has first-hand experience with the HSS team as a long term client opened the bespoke office right in the heart of Crookes. Speaking highly of the team, Joe continues to say: ‘Henry Spencer and Sons go above and beyond, having an agency that’s honest and reliable is something I really value. I’ve never been put through to an answer phone either, Ian and his team are always there for you and I think that’s evidence of excellent customer service.’

The new office highlights perfectly their traditional values in a modern world, with original photographs of the Crookes area and an old Henry Spencer and Sons sign displayed with pride in the office. Suspended from the ceiling are giant light bulb fittings which give a quiet, illuminating nod to the bright ideas developed by the team to keep Henry Spencer and Sons ahead of the game at the forefront of the lettings market.   

Humbled by the unexpected high turnout, Director Ian Wilson quotes, ‘We’ve come a long way since the Henry Spencer and Sons brand started but we’ve kept those traditional family values since the beginning, priding ourselves as being a friendly and approachable agency. With the incredible welcoming the new premises has received, it’s apparent to us that our clients appreciate this too.’
